Last day of school.

So today is the last day of school before my spring break. I have been looking forward for this a loooong time (many o's make the long longer). Not that I'm doing anything special, i'm just going to my beach house with my family. And it's not even a real beach house, it doesn't have a beach view, but it is about 3-400 meters from the beach.  But I just love that house, and it is going to be nice having my family there, my little cousin, she just turned 10 and her brother, he just turned 14. Luckily I have internet down there, otherwise I don't think I would survive. I promise that I will take lots of pictures and then make a post about my week down there. It is actually a quite long drive, around 2 and a half hour. If you didn't know I live in Denmark and everything is rather close.

Today is a very long day, and I'm already tired! (after just 2/8 hours), just give me a vacation already, I want to sleep!

I hope that all of you (Anyone out there?) have an amazing spring break, if you have a spring break. Love you all <3

Yarn bombing.

I don't know if you have ever heard of yarn bombing. It is a type of graffiti or street art that employs colorful displays of knitted or crocheted yarn rather than paint or chalk. Last spring I saw this all over Copenhagen, the capital of Denmark, and it looks awesome! It is a none permanent from of the street art, unlike grafitti, which means it can be easily removed. The reason for this post is actually a yarn bombing I found near me. I was out walking my dog one morning, and I saw this:

Yes, it's still snowing here :(

I think it looks amazing and really cool, especially with the snow here! I hope that if you read this you have better weather than we have here in Denmark, and if you don't: I feel you, go inside and drink some hot chocolate with mini marshmallows.

Stay warm and happy, love from me!

5 days in Geneva.

This past week I have been on a class trip to Geneva in Switzerland. Geneva is such an amazing and beautiful city. We went there mainly because that's where CERN is located. If you dosen't know what  CERN is, CERN's main function is to provide the particle accelerators and other infrastructure needed for high-energy physics research. What that means is that basically it's a the worlds larges (27 km-long) racetrack, for the worlds smallets racehorses (protons).
We had a tour of the main center and then we got to see one of the smaller accelerators, which was
really interesting.

A bit of the little accelerators,
Althoug CERN was the main focus at our trip, we also went to see some other attractions in Geneva, like the Jet d'eau. The Jet d'Eau is a large fountain in Geneva, and is one of the city's most famous landmarks. It is also one of the largest fountains in the world. The fountain shoots five hundred litres (132 gallons) of water per second into the air, the fountain are 140 metres (459 feet) tall.

I think I might to a post on each day I spent there. I had a great time there with some of my best friends, we went out to dinner every night and after dinner we usually ended up in a random bar. It was an amazing trip and I will properly remember it forever. But if I don't I will always have these posts to look back on.

I hope that all of you enjoyed my post on Geneva, I have alot more posts planned.
Love you all <3

Tea time.

So I accidentally woke up at 6 am even though I don't have school until 10 am. I guess I could do some homework or something, but instead I'm going to make a post about tea!! Ever since I got a tea pot and some tea for christmas I have been addicted to this wonderful hot drink. I have a few different kinds and I'm trying to find more. Random fact: Did you know that different kinds of tea do different things to your body? I found this picture on weit, my new obsession, and it make me love tea even more.
Image is from weheartit.com
Isn't it fascinating? okay maybe not, but I'm gonna go have some green tea and then maybe do some homework. If you do get an account on weit make sure to check mine out here.

Lots of love from me <3

Yet another homework day... this sucks!

I will just take a moment here, before I rant on about homework, to tell you that this is no way relevant to what I want to write about on this blog. I really want to make a blog about beauty and fashion, maybe even some health and fitness. But anyway, enjoy my rant about homework.

Don't you just hate when you literary can see your homework piling up in front of you? That is exactly what is happening to me at the moment. I have a few reports to write, a Danish essay and then a bunch of stuff I have to read. I have to say that these past few months really has been hard. There's school, sports and I also want to hang out with my friends once in a while. Oh well I just have to stop whining and keep working.

Keep working, much love from me <3

A boring saturday at home

So yesterday, friday, we had a party at my school. It was the second party this year where the students who graduated last year, and the year before that, are aloud to come. It was a lot of fun, and I got to see some of my old friends while we rocked the dance floor. My best friends mom picked us up after the party as we where to drunk to drive ourselves. When I got home I couldn't sleep so I went for a walk. Keep in mind that it was 2am and I was drunk, it was properly not the best idea, but luckily nothing happened. It was great just walking in the dark listening to music, mostly Ed Sheeran but also a bit One Direction, and looking at the stars. I will definitely go for a night walk sometime again. I got home around 3am and then I went to sleep, but since I haven't got my curtains up yet the sun woke me up around 8am. Let me just tell you that 5 hours of sleep isn't a lot if you have a lot to do the next day.

The moon, picture was taken from the school observatory 24/1-2013
I was surprisingly very awake when I woke up this morning, I went for a run and then walked my dog afterwards. My mom then took me shopping and I got a few things, including a birthday present for my little brother, his birthday is in only two weeks. When a got home, I found my room looking like it had been bombed or something worse. It then took me around two hours cleaning it before my friends came over. Unluckily two of my friends had to cancel last minute so it was just me and my best friend. We ate some burgers and then watched a movie, or I watched a movie she was talking to her x-boyfriend the whole time. I then walked her home. And now I'm sitting here, it's nearly 3am and  I'm still not asleep, I'm stressing out about some assignments I have to do tomorrow. I might do a haul on the things I bought today and upload tomorrow.

Sweet dreams, love Lifeisokay
